By accessing the Lone Star Wildlife Solutions website, requesting services, or engaging our company for wildlife removal work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Lone Star Wildlife Solutions provides professional wildlife trapping, exclusion, removal, and related property repair services in Texas and Oklahoma. Services are performed by licensed, insured professionals using humane, non-poison-first methods consistent with NWCOA standards. Specific scope of work is detailed in individual written estimates and service agreements.
All pricing is provided in written estimate form before any work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are made in writing beforehand. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large-scale projects.

Wildlife control involves inherent risks including but not limited to: animal behavior unpredictability, property damage during trapping/exclusion activities, disease exposure risks, and environmental hazards. While we carry commercial liability insurance and follow best-practice safety protocols, clients acknowledge these inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost income, or third-party claims arising from wildlife presence before, during, or after our services.
Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access to areas requiring service. This includes securing pets during work hours, clearing debris from work zones, informing us of known hazards (wells, septic systems, aggressive animals), and ensuring someone over 18 is present or has authorized access. Additional charges may apply if site conditions prevent efficient work completion.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits (e.g., HOA approvals, landlord permission). Lone Star Wildlife Solutions complies with all applicable state wildlife regulations regarding trapping seasons, methods, species protections, and relocation requirements. Illegal requests will be declined.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled appointment incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $75 trip fee to cover committed technician time. No-shows (failure to provide access at scheduled time without notice) may be billed at full estimated rate. Weather-related rescheduling is free with reasonable advance notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients when practical.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fannin County, Texas courts or through binding arbitration per Texas Arbitration Act provisions.
